From the front office to the back with Dr. Alasaad the whole experience was great. The ladies up front made you feel welcome and were happy to answer any questions you had regarding insurance and scheduling. The doctor was compassionate and caring and listened to what I had to say. Dr. Alasaad made me feel safe and comfortable, he explained all the process and findings of all test performed in a way that I could understand. This office took great care of me. I highly recommend this team.

Front office staff are warm and welcoming have good attitude towards patients visiting the clinic.the doctor who attended to me is superb. Keep the warm attitude as it is one of the remedy of our healing.

They are the best, Dr. Alasaad put my stint in and has been my cardiologist since. He takes the time talk to you and doesn't rush you out. He makes me feel comfortable.

So far my experience here has been amazing. My first point of contact was Ms. Erica, who has been so informative, calming, reassuring and really great overall. She really went above and beyond with helping me schedule my first appointment by contacting my insurance to get all the information they needed asap. Doctor Hashmi has been so kind and thorough. He made me feel comfortable right away, took everything I said into account and quickly took the next steps to evaluate my situation. I am looking forward to my next appointment and I feel confident that I am in great care with this team. The other Cardiologist office I called didn't give me the time of day without my insurance contacting them first. I am so relieved that I called HVS of DFW!

The office was able to get me in quickly. The doctor was thorough and didn’t rush me. I was in and out in 45 mins or less. Everyone was nice, accommodating & pleasant. I highly recommend this office!
